How the money worksHow the money works
The client funds the job before work starts. We hold it. The creative is paid when the work is approved. Four stages, and you can see which one your money is in at any moment.
Stage oneYou agree on a priceProposals come in, you talk, you settle on a figure and what it covers. No money has moved and nobody is owed anything.
Stage twoThe client funds itThe full amount leaves the client and sits with us. It is not ours and not yet theirs. The creative can see it is there, which is why they start.
Stage threeThe work is deliveredFiles arrive in the job and the client looks at them. Asking for a change keeps the money held — it does not send it back or forward.
Stage fourThe client approvesThe money is released and lands on the creative's number, usually within a day.A MWK 120,000 photography job
To a bank account instead, the cash-out is 2% plus a flat MWK 700, so the same job pays out MWK 116,900. Both fees belong to the provider, and both are shown before you choose.
A human reads both sides and decides
Not a form, not a chatbot, not silence. Either side can open a dispute from the job. The money stops where it is — it does not go back to the client or on to the creative while it is open.
What we look atWhat was agreed in the job, what was delivered, and the thread between you. That is why the scope belongs in the job and not in a phone call — we can only read what is written down.
