How the money worksPolicies
Ganyu Hub is a marketplace for creative work. To keep it useful for everyone, three things are not allowed anywhere on it — in a job, in a portfolio, or in a message.

Do not post jobs, portfolios or messages containing sexual, nude or explicit material.
This applies to the brief as much as to the work: a job asking for it is removed the same as a portfolio showing it.

Do not use Ganyu Hub to produce material for political parties, candidates or campaigns.
Reporting on politics, or design work for a newspaper or a civic organisation, is not campaign material and is allowed.

Do not post work that recruits people into multi-level marketing schemes or pyramid programmes.
Ordinary marketing for a business that sells a product is fine. Work whose purpose is to recruit distributors is not.

A person reads every report. Nothing is removed by a machine.
You do not need proof to report something. Tell us what you saw and we will read the job or the thread ourselves.
If money is already held on a job that breaks these rules, it stays held while we look. Removing a post never moves money on its own — see how the money works.
Something here does not match what happened to you
Tell us. If the document is wrong we change the document, and if the product is wrong we change the product. Either way a person reads it and replies.
